  • 2 dozen medium sized uncooked shrimp
  • 2 dozen slices of bacon, slightly pre-cooked, but still limp
  • Prepared horseradish
  • BBQ sauce
  • Toothpicks

Peel and devein shrimp. Make a slice in each shrimp and fill it with horseradish.  Wrap the individual shrimp in pre-cooked bacon and secure with a toothpick.  Place shrimp on a baking sheet and cook at 350° for about 10 minutes.  Remove from oven and brush liberally with BBQ sauce, being careful to turn and coat entire shrimp.  Return shrimp to oven and cook until done (approximately 5-10 minutes more).  Serve immediately.

NOTES:  Serve on a large platter with a dish of BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
