Rent a room or cabin / bring your boat or hire a guide and boat
Stay at Thunderstik Lodge in a room or at a cabin and relax overlooking the beautiful Missouri River with family or friends and make your own plans.
Room cost: All the rooms are two bedroom suites, with two beds in each bedroom, for a total of 4 beds per suite. They also have two bathrooms and a living room area. The rates are $110.00 for 2 people and $10.00 per adult after two. Children under 12 stay free. There is also a large hot tub on the outside deck overlooking the river.
Cabin 1: Flame - 2 bedrooms one bath: 4 beds, cooking facilities in kitchen and propane Weber grill. Air-conditioned. Cabin is $125.00 per night. Has a deck with a great view of the Missouri River. This cabin must be rented for two nights on the weekends.
Cabin 2: Rooster Ridge - 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms: total of 10 beds. It also has a full size kitchen with cooking facilities, pool table, washer and dryer, living room, large screened in porch and fireplace. Air-conditioned. This is a large modern house and the cost is $300 to $350.00 per night. This cabin must be taken for at least two nights on the weekends.
Fishing guide service:
- 2 people per boat $300.00 daily
- 3 people per boat $335.00 daily
- 4 people per boat $365.00 daily
This includes boat, guide, bait, and tackle, for an 8-hour day on the river.
Non-resident fishing license costs: $34.00 for 3 day license & $16.00 for one day license.
Other attractions
We also have a 10-station sporting clays range right at the lodge. The sporting clays are $20.00 if you have your own ammo or $30.00 if we supply the ammo for a round of fifty.
